BIM Designer (Architecture) - Woh Hup

Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with BIM guidelines and in compliance with Singapore government regulations and requirements.
Manage the 3D modeling process (Architecture/Structure) and ensure model quality in line with project BIM requirements.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Dalux.
Understand and manage the process of generating schematic and construction drawings based on 3D models (Architecture/Structure).Perform clash detection to coordinate between disciplines (Architecture/Structure).Prepare Clash Detection Reports for BIM and technical coordination meetings.
Manage BIM-related workflows, implementation processes, best practices, and technical solutions, including associated BIM tools.
Carry out submissions to relevant authorities and ensure all required forms, drawings, and BIM models are fully and accurately submitted.
Maintain accurate As-Built / Record models throughout the project lifecycle.
English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or above.

Preference for candidates with basic or advanced knowledge of Revit.
Graduated or awaiting graduation in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or MEP from local or overseas universities.
Passionate about BIM and the construction industry.
Able to work independently as well as in a team. Dynamic, responsible, and with a positive attitude.
