BIM Desiger (Architecture) [Lang, HN] (28443)

As a Technical Sales Consultant for our Hanoi office, you will drive business expansion for a prestigious Japanese architectural firm by bridging premium design expertise with strategic client networking. Utilizing your background in architectural design and BIM, you will deeply understand client intentions and pitch high-level technical and aesthetic concepts, eventually leading our business development operations independently in Vietnam.
- Formulate and execute technical sales strategies to approach local real estate investment companies and major property developers.
- Conduct high-level consultations with clients to capture their project intentions, requirements, and design expectations.
- Translate client needs into strategic architectural proposals, collaborating closely with Japanese/local engineering teams and utilizing BIM (Revit)/3D CAD concepts.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial contact, presentation, and technical negotiations to contract finalization.
- Act as an independent technical representative in Hanoi while reporting directly to the Regional Manager based in Osaka, Japan.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree (Graduates with a background in Architecture or Civil Engineering are highly welcome)
- English Intermediate level
- At least 3 years of experience in BIM design for facilities such as hotel, hospital in an architecture office
- Solid understanding of local architectural regulations and building codes in Vietnam
- High proficiency in using BIM (Revit) and 3D CAD software
- Strong communication skills to deeply understand, interpret, and capture clients' underlying needs and project intentions
* Experience limited ONLY to residential/housing design is NOT acceptable. You must have experience in commercial or fabric-use buildings such as hotels, resorts, or offices
