B2C Sales Assistant Manager, Staff (Territory Owner, Dealership Management)

- Territory ownership: full accountability for one region's agents and results — run it with a 'my business' owner mindset.
- Sell-in and sell-out: manage sell-in; build sell-out visibility without a shared POS system — through agent relationships, store visits, and manual data collection.
- Root-cause analysis: figure out why customers or agents are not choosing Everon in your territory, and act on it.
- Communication & reporting: follow the team's structured reporting cadence; clear, disciplined communication is a core evaluation criterion.
- Relationship building: deep personal relationships with agent owners; regular field presence (travel within territory).
- Standards support: support 2-month onboarding of new agents; check store brand standards; update CRM after every visit.

- B2C field sales experience (dealer/agent/retail channel preferred).
- Owner mindset, accountability, persistence; strong relationship skills.
- Structured reporting and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory. Stable career history preferred.
