B2B Sales Consultant (Advertising/media)

Cốc Cốc is looking for a passionate and results-driven B2B Sales Consultant to drive business growth and deliver impactful advertising solutions to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create effective digital advertising strategies. Beyond sales activities, you will work closely with the direct manager and internal stakeholders to contribute to the overall success of the business and elevate Cốc Cốc’s presence in the digital advertising market.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners;

Identify new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and proactively recommend solutions to achieve targets;

- Research market trends and proactively expand the client portfolio;

- Develop tailored account plans and build effective approaches for each client;

- Collaborate with project managers and strategic planners to propose creative advertising ideas and solutions that address clients’ business objectives;

- Represent Cốc Cốc at workshops, networking events, and industry activities to strengthen brand awareness and business connections;

- Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or related roles in the advertising and media industry;

- Knowledge of online advertising, digital marketing, and media solutions is a strong advantage;

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving environment;

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;

- Strong planning, organizational, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities;

- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences;

- Good understanding of multi-functional business operations and cross-team collaboration.

- Good command in English communication is highly preferred.
