Automation Engineer/ Kỹ sư Tự động hóa

Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown, and resolve the issue as quickly as possible;
Ensure that equipment are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities;
Assist in new Investments & carry out Installation of fresh equipment components and fittings;
Supervise maintenance works when new projects are undertaken;
Keep record of all stock and supplies, including company's equipment; manage the maintenance warehouse of whole factory;
Working in collaboration with the production team to formulate the best cost-effective manufacturing process;
Help the organization to reduce energy costs;
Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services;
Provide safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity induced accidents and mishaps are prevented;
Support the company in increasing profitability by managing resources efficiently and making necessary recommendations.
Working experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance and/or electrical/mechanical project for at least 02 years;
Mechanical/Mechatronics/ Electrical or Automation degree;
Able to understand the mechanical/electrical drawing and able to operate milling machine, lathe, welding and grinding machine;
Professional using drawing software like CAD 2D/3D or Solid works;
PLC knowledge (Experience in PLC: editing, problem solving and modification). Experience in PLC (SIEMENS S7, Profibus, MISHUBISHI, Allen Bradley, OMRON...)
Ability to comprehend and adhere to health and safety regulations and standards;
Proactive to anticipate problems and quickly find solutions;
Ability to analyze situations and provide prompt solutions;
Ability to generate innovative ideas and techniques;
Bilingual skills in Vietnamese & English; and Chinese speaking is preferred.
