Tuyển dụng Automation & Controls Engineer tại Hồ Chí Minh

Role purpose
- Build, integrate and commission safe automation solutions for C-Hawk sites using globally reusable controls and robotics standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys, review processes and develop I/O lists, panel, network, safety, functional and acceptance requirements.
- Program and integrate PLC, HMI/SCADA, sensors, drives, machine vision, robots/cobots, traceability and industrial communications.
- Support electrical/control-panel reviews, equipment connectivity and interfaces to MES, databases and production dashboards.
- Execute risk assessment, FAT, SAT, commissioning, validation, troubleshooting and production ramp-up with cross-site specialists.
- Maintain software backups, version control, spares, preventive-maintenance requirements, manuals and response procedures.
- Train site Engineering and Maintenance teams and support deployments anywhere in C-Hawk when priorities require.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager

- Year 1: 2 qualified production deployments at assigned C-Hawk sites; zero safety incidents; agreed performance achieved; complete sustainment handover
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/diploma in mechatronics, electrical, controls, robotics or automation engineering.
- 4-5 years in manufacturing controls, integration and commissioning.
- Hands-on PLC/HMI/SCADA and industrial-network skills; robotics, vision, servo and database integration advantageous.
- Strong fault-finding, machinery-safety, validation, version-control and technical-documentation discipline.
- Able to communicate in Vietnamese and English and travel internationally to support C-Hawk deployment demand.
