Associate Lawyer C3 (Licensed Lawyer)

As an Associate (C3), the candidate will take charge of complex legal matters and provide mentorship to junior staff. Key responsibilities include:

• Legal Drafting: Drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including commercial contracts, transaction agreements, legal opinions, and internal corporate reports.

• Client Advisory: Providing comprehensive legal advice on investment, corporate, labor, and commercial matters to domestic and international clients.

• Licensing & Compliance: Handling procedures for all types of licenses, approvals, certificates, and investment registrations with government authorities.

• Dispute Resolution: Managing litigation cases, representing clients in meetings, hearings, and trials at Courts or Arbitration Centers.

• Liaison: Working directly with government agencies, clients, and relevant third parties to ensure smooth project execution.

• Leadership & Training: Supervising, guiding, and training Legal Consultants, Paralegals, and Interns to maintain high-quality work standards.

- Qualification: Must possess a Lawyer Practicing Certificate and Lawyer Card.

- Experience: Minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience in professional law firms.

- Language: draft legal documents and communicate in English.

- Professional Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Attitude: Conscientious, detail-oriented, honest, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
