Assistant To Merchandising Department - Kids Line

1. Create product code, make orders, adjust price in promotion on PROFIT system.
2. Monitor coyness's promotion program and support to work with suppliers based on Merchandiser requirement.
3. Check merchandise at Selling Area, display goods on shelves.
4. Check actual stock condition in warehouse, adjust the display if necessary, collect selling report from Operation and send to Merchandiser.
5. Collect sales report for merchandiser team on PROFIT system.
6. Send sales report and PO to concess, solve any arising discrepancies.
7. Support for some paper work and the others ( Claim business trip and booking ticket, booking room)
8. Communicate with OP team and get customer demand and feedback Merchandiser
9. Rules and Regulations: Follow all working procedures, the company's policies, rules and regulations.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Bachelor/College degree in Economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications
2. Show the passion of the merchandise career
3. Customer-focused/ Customer Oriented mind set
4. Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages (both written and oral).
5. Abilities to use Computer, Office programs and Database.
6. Good communication and negotiation skills.
7. Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
8. Strong analytical ability and good in data / figures
