Assistant To General Director (Legal, Internal Control & Project Executive)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for matters related to the company’s business operations

• Review, draft, and follow up on contracts, agreements, internal regulations, and official documents

• Conduct periodic internal control checks across departments to ensure compliance with related Laws, company rules and procedures

• Prepare reports, identify issues or risks, and follow up on corrective actions

• Support new projects, including profitability review, cash flow planning, licensing procedures, and progress tracking

• Coordinate with internal departments, the parent company in Japan, government authorities, and external consultants

• Handle ad hoc assignments from management in a timely and professional manner

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Finance, Economics, or related fields

• Candidates with 4–5 years of experience are strongly encouraged to apply

• Good command of English, both written and spoken

• Able to communicate effectively by email, reports, and meetings in English

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively
