Assistant Sales Manager

Position Summary

Autonics is a global leader in industrial automation, specializing in sensors, controllers, and automation solutions. We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Assistant Sales Manager to join our Ha Noi office at Autonics Vina.

This role will contribute to expanding the market presence and distribution network of the Autonics brand in Vietnam. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal departments to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support Sales Manager for daily managing, leading and motivating members of sales team to meet sales performance and targets.

2. Perform as an experienced sales member who actively researches the market and develops new business opportunities with new customers, while maintaining close relationships with existing customers.

3. Take responsibility for specific FA products and act as a specialist to support customer inquiries and market demands.

4. Execute sales activities in line with the company’s sales strategy to achieve assigned targets.

5. Monitor new projects and market trends, and propose suitable automation solutions to fulfil all customers’ requirements.

6. Prepare and report sales plans, activities, and results to the manager.

7. Cooperate with FA partners, including system integrators, OEM machine manufacturers, distributors, and end users.

8. Conduct overall sales training / seminars and share experiences or applications for other sales members in team and distributors or customers.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer position or a similar role in automation product sales.

• Capable of working independently or in a team and leading and supporting other team members in achieving common goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license (automobile) is preferred (still consider if not have driver's license).

• Experience in industrial machinery, automation systems, or sensor/controller solutions is highly preferred.

• Good computer skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to communicate in English (both spoken and written) is an advantage. An English CV is required.
