Assistant Merchandiser | Japanese Speaker (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

SUMMARY:

We are looking for an Assistant Merchandiser – Japanese Speaking to support our merchandising team in coordinating orders and communicating with Japanese HQ and customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Communicate with Japanese HQ and customers regarding orders, samples, production schedules, and deliveries.

2. Follow up on customer requirements, ensure timely responses and provide support

3. Coordinate with internal teams such as Merchandising and Quality Control

4. Prepare and manage documents related to orders, samples, quotations, and production.

5. Follow up on sample development, production progress, and shipment schedules.

6. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Fresh graduates are welcome.

2. Japanese N2 or above.

3. Basic English communication skills.

4. Responsible, careful, proactive, and willing to learn.

5. Basic knowledge of import/ export is an advantage

6. Fashion-related experience, including textile and garment production, would be useful.

LOCATION: HCM Office (10F, Bitexco Financial Tower, 2 Hai Trieu, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC)
