Provide artistic direction and guidance to the art team to bring visuals to life.
Communicate the artistic vision clearly to the team and stakeholders, ensuring its successful execution in the game.
Collaborate with programmers, game designers, and QA to deliver appealing game projects and oversee the team on strategy and art guidelines.
Set the visual target and style for projects, creating comprehensive style guides.
Advise on production pipelines and individual artist assignments, including reviewing and critiquing art assets.
Ensure all art meets the required quality and aesthetic standards of the project.
Yêu cầu công việc
Have at least 5+ years of game development experience, with 2+ years in a management role.
Credited as a core lead on at least two successfully shipped game titles.
Proficient in reading and comprehending specialist English.
Deep understanding of art fundamentals (lighting, composition, anatomy, etc.) and a strong knowledge of artistic and video game culture.
Proven ability to work in a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary, and iterative environment under tight deadlines.
Excellent talent for promoting a vision, inspiring, and coaching team members.
Mastery of diverse art styles and a receptive, open-minded approach to new ideas and fresh perspectives.
