Architecture Team Leader

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Architecture Team Leader to lead a team of architects and BIM modelers in delivering high-quality architectural documentation for international projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in Revit, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Architects and BIM Modelers.

- Plan, assign, and monitor team workload to ensure project milestones are achieved.

- Review architectural drawings, BIM models, and construction documentation to maintain high quality and compliance with project standards.

- Coordinate with clients, project managers, structural, and MEP teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Support project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

- Ensure project deliverables meet deadlines, budget, and quality expectations.

- Provide technical guidance on Revit/BIM workflows and architectural best practices.

- Develop and improve team processes, standards, and documentation.

- Participate in client meetings and provide technical presentations when required.

- Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance evaluations.

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design and documentation.

- At least 2 years of experience leading an architectural team.

- Strong experience working on international projects is highly preferred.

- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

- Good knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination.

- Experience in Construction Documentation (CD), Design Development (DD), and Working Drawings.

- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and detailing.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
