Architect

• Contribute to Design Development (DD) and Construction Drawings (CD) phases of high-profile projects.

• Oversee or assist in Construction Administration (CA) to ensure project integrity and adherence to design.

• Collaborate with international and local teams to deliver outstanding architectural solutions.

• Engage with clients, stakeholders, and contractors, ensuring clear communication and high standards.

• English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English skills are essential.

• International Experience: Proven experience working or studying abroad, with a global perspective on architecture and design.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Design Development (DD), Construction Drawings/Documents (CD), and ideally, Construction Administration (CA).

• Project Portfolio: Demonstrated experience in working on prestigious, non-square projects - projects that push the boundaries of conventional design.

• Revit Expertise: Highly experienced in Revit modeling, with a strong ability to create detailed and accurate architectural models.

• Experience in Data center design is an advantage.
