Aquaculture Specialist

Summary of responsibilities

Working alongside Fresh Studio aquaculture specialists and technicians to implement project activities ranging from farm surveys and data collection to R&D and technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with consultancy assignments in Vietnam

• Conduct field research using both structured and unstructured data collection techniques

• Analysis of market and field data

• Coordinate field experiments and technology tests

• Support the development of our technical support services for farmers

• Participate in other projects assigned by the Aquaculture Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in aquaculture or a similar position (R&D/project experience is an advantage)

• Good command of Vietnamese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, partners, and clients

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Proactive, trustworthy, and eager to learn and develop

• Willing to work in the field and travel to project sites across Vietnam

• Comfortable working in a transparent, collaborative, and international environment

• Positive attitude and passion for aquaculture
