• Provide operational support for key business applications, ensuring stability, availability, and fast resolution of system issues.

• Understand application architecture, data flows, and system design to effectively analyze issues and propose improvements.

• Collaborate with developers and vendors to support system enhancements, new system development, and maintenance activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide daily application support including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents for assigned applications.

• Involve and work with relevant parties to lead the software design for changing or building new application.

• Develop internal application, tool to support operation improvement.

• Coordinate with internal teams (infrastructure, development, security) and vendors to ensure timely resolution and effective communication.

• Support problem management by conducting root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or high severity issues.

• Maintain high quality technical documentation, including system flow diagrams, troubleshooting steps, application inventories, deployment procedures, and SOPs.

• Participate in application enhancement and new system development activities, including requirements clarification, understanding design documents, and supporting UAT/testing.

• Prepare regular reports including incident summaries, trend analysis, and improvement recommendations.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to communicate with regional teams and vendors.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Senior Developers, Application production support, technical lead, or a similar technical role.

• Solid understanding of application architecture.

• Strong experience in MS SQL, .NET framework, Angular, jQuery, JavaScript, Webservice.

• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to break down complex issues into understandable components.

• Good documentation skills: flowcharts, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, user manuals.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage communication during critical issues.
