Application Engineer (HANOI)

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will become the product expert and "technical soul" of our portfolio. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical curiosity and a passion for Material Science who excels at mastering high-tech solutions, empowering sales teams, and consulting industrial clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product Mastery: Research and master advanced material-science laboratory equipment for R&D and QC applications.

• Training Delivery: Design and deliver application-focused training programs for internal Sales Engineers and corporate clients.

• Technical Support:

o Act as a technical speaker/expert in specialized seminars, workshops, and industry conferences.

o Conduct professional product demonstrations, proof-of-concept testing, and provide high-level technical consultation.

• Professional Growth: Attend exclusive, advanced product training courses hosted by top-tier international manufacturers (locally & overseas).

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Material Science, Chemistry, or related scientific/engineering fields.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a technical role; 2+ years of success as an Application/Product Specialist in Material Science is highly preferred.

• Language: Strong command of English (spoken and written) to collaborate with overseas manufacturers and interpret technical documents.

• Core Attributes: Highly disciplined, proactive "can-do" mindset, able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
