1/Job Description

- Check invoices, ensure completeness, reasonableness, and validity of documents before payment.

- Make payments/manage payables on a daily and monthly basis.

- Update customer payment status.

- Input data into FAST (record incoming invoices).

- Store and manage documents, contracts in accordance with company regulations.

May support tasks

- Perform professional tasks of general accounting.

- Manage the system of documents and books as required.

- Prepare monthly and quarterly tax reports (input VAT).

- Prepare daily cash flow reports and summary reports.

2/Other Tasks

- Manage the timekeeping system.

- Provide documents for audit, inspection, or upon request from superiors.

- Other tasks assigned by the accounting department.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Male/Female, 25–35 years old, university graduate in Accounting.

- At least 3 years of experience in an accounting position.

- Candidates with experience in the logistics industry are preferred.

- Currently using FAST accounting software.

- Hardworking, agile, and eager to learn.

- Good knowledge of accounting standards, circulars, decrees, and State regulations.

- Proficient in computer skills; able to communicate in English or Japanese.

- Experience working in logistics or forwarding companies is an advantage.
