Analytics / BI Engineer

1. Job Purpose

Transform enterprise and manufacturing data into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency, business performance, and strategic decision-making. Lead the development of KPI frameworks, intelligent dashboards, and AI-powered analytics solutions.

2. Key Responsibilities

Enterprise KPI Framework

• Design and maintain KPI frameworks across Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, HR, Maintenance, and Quality.

• Ensure KPI definitions are standardized and aligned across departments.

Dashboard & Reporting

• Develop executive dashboards and self-service reporting solutions.

• Build interactive dashboards for factory management, department heads, and executive leadership.

• Automate operational, tactical, and strategic reporting processes.

Manufacturing Analytics

• Analyze OEE, Yield, Scrap, Downtime, Throughput, Production Efficiency, and Energy Consumption.

• Identify root causes of operational issues and recommend improvement actions.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve productivity and profitability.

AI-Powered Analytics

• Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.

• Implement anomaly detection, forecasting, trend analysis, and root cause analysis models.

• Enable natural language analytics and AI-driven insight generation.

Business Partnership

• Work directly with department managers and executives to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.

• Act as a trusted advisor for data-driven decision-making.

Mandatory

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BI, Analytics, or Data Analysis.

• Advanced SQL skills.

• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.

• Strong experience with DAX and data modeling.

• Ability to communicate analytical findings to business leaders.

Preferred

• Python programming skills.

• Experience with SAP, ERP, and manufacturing environments.

• Understanding of production planning, costing, inventory, and supply chain processes.
