Air Freight Marketing Manager

1. Good knowledge about South American market for air cargo, airlines policy on full ULD and reasonable pricing integrated with market situation;

熟悉航空货运的南美市场，精通航司包板政策，结合市场情况合理定价；

2. Response for daily management (training), ensuring the department can hit the target;

负责部门日常管理工作（指导，培训等），确保部门业绩完成；

3. Lead the team to implement and maintain customers development;

带领团队进行客户开发和维护；

4. Understand the products and provides the professional cargo proposal,cooridinate and fulfill customer needs;

深度了解所代理的产品，为客户提供专业的物流方案计划，协调处理客户需求；

5. Gathering related market information and reasonable marketing based on the reality situation。

收集相关市场信息，根据实际情况提出合理化营销。

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education background: college degree or above in logistics, international trade, shipping, aviation and maritime；

教育背景： 物流、国际贸易、航运、航空、海事类专科及以上学历

2. At least 3 years experience of cargo agent and 2 years experience of management：

至少3年的货运代理经验和2年的管理经验

3. Good network of agents (Central and South America is especially welcome);

良好的代理商网络（特别欢迎中南美洲）

4. Candidate will good coloading business experience will also welcome：

5. Proficiency in English and Mandarin；

6. Has a strong team leadership, good communication skills.
