Air Export Operation Staff

• Receiving Booking request, coordinate directly with airlines/coloaders to secure cargo capacity and arrange shipment loading on scheduled flights.

• Proactively resolve offload, capacity constraints, and last-minute operational issues with airline partners.

• Input data into the system to create file, completing MAWBs and HAWBs

• EDI AMS on airline’s system, send final doc to customers and oversea agents

• Timely invoicing clients/ agents and closing files

• Shipment track and trace updates

• Check and confirm incoming invoice of vemdors on time & correctly

• Customer Service by following up on customer’s inquiry or claim and feedback to customers and overseas stations and make respective shipment arrangements

• Take up additional tasks as assigned by Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 5 years of experience working at Forwarding - Logistics company

• Good command of English.

• Careful, hardworking, proactive and teamwork spirit;

• Good interpersonal & communication skills;

• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities;
