- Technical Support & Consulting: Provide agricultural technical solutions and advise customers/farmers on effective fertilizer application.
- Field Demos: Set up and monitor demonstration plots to evaluate product efficacy on crops.
- Seminars: Coordinate and conduct seminars to promote products and share cultivation techniques.
- Analysis & Reporting: Collect field data, analyze soil samples and related tasks as assigned by GM

- Graduated from a university with a Bachelor's/Engineer's Degree or above, majoring in: Agronomy/ Crops Science/ Plant Science/ Plant Protection/ Soil Science/other related agricultural fields.
- Enable the carrying out of field experiments, farmer seminars, and field seminars.
- Knowledge in crop nutrient/ soil nutrient/ cultivation or related majors.
- At least 01 year in the Agricultural Field.
- English skills (Intermediate Level)
- Good at MS Office /Internet
- Good at communication skills & technical assistance skills, sense of Responsibility.
- Good Health for Business Trip.
