JOB DESCRIPTION

Strategic Planning & Network Management (35%)

• Develop and lead the affiliate planning strategy across all platforms, based on affiliate sales targets, campaign promotions, and KOL/KOC livestream and video management
• Top-tier Partnership: Directly negotiate and maintain strategic relationships with top creators
• Manage the affiliate budget effectively, ensuring strong ROI and healthy cost-to-revenue performance

Operational Coordination & Performance Management (35%)

• Build and manage affiliate campaigns, investment strategies, and daily operations, including affiliate recruitment, partner relationship management, campaign setup, commission schemes, and performance management in line with budget and expected KPIs.
• Ensure smooth and effective execution of affiliate plans across internal business teams, agencies, and affiliate partners.
• Build up creators' pools, monitor, analyze, and review monthly and yearly KOL/KOC effectiveness to optimize investment and performance.

Team management & development (30%)

• Lead and assign work within the Affiliate team to ensure daily operations run efficiently and effectively
• Recruit, develop, and strengthen teams to support business goals and operational growth

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 4 years++ in affiliate industry (at least 1 year in affiliate lead position)
• Strong relationships with multiple network channels & top creators in the market is preferred (Top 5 ranking MCN in beauty/EL, Top creators in market)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with strong operational execution and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to set and track KPIs to ensure team performance
• Comfortable building and improving processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
