Accounting Supervisor

• Responsible for daily accounting operations and financial management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure timely closing.

• Manage tax compliance, including calculation, filing, and finalization of VAT, PIT, CIT, etc.

• Manage cash flow, with key control over COD funds, receivables, payables, and expenses.

• Establish and implement internal controls and risk management to identify and mitigate financial and tax risks.

• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external parties on finance-related matters.

• Prepare management reports as required by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Proficiency in Chinese is required; English fluency is a strong plus.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related disciplines.

• Chief Accountant Certificate in accordance with regulations of the Ministry of Finance.

• At least 5 years of accounting experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a Chief Accountant or

equivalent position within the logistics / shipping / freight forwarding industry.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax laws, and regulations related to

the maritime transportation and shipping industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in using accounting software.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment; strong

communication and negotiation skills.
