1. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP)

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).

• Record purchase invoices and accounts payable transactions in the accounting system.

• Issue VAT Invoices and Commercial Invoices.

2. Payment

• Prepare supporting documents and process domestic payments & international payments.

• Execute bank transfer transactions and maintain proper payment records.

3. Tax

• Have a basic understanding of VAT and PIT declarations in accordance with Vietnamese regulations (candidates without practical experience will receive training).

• Perform other duties assigned by the Department Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in an accounting position.

• Experience working for a foreign-invested company or an FDI enterprise is preferred.

• Good in Microsoft Excel.

• Familiar with accounting software or ERP systems.

• English communication skills.
