At Irvine Construction Cost Accounting, an America-based tax and accounting firm, we mentor and train new graduates/fresh candidates to become skilled general accountants. Our training system has been developed to take the information you learned from your university education and apply it in practical ways in the field of accounting. As part of our Accounting Team you will:

- Learn how to work with American accounting practices and rules.

- Familiarize yourself with the intricacies of the US banking system to gather relevant documents for our bookkeeping and accounting departments.

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

- Reconcile transactions into accounting systems utilizing Best Practices of the accounting industry.

- Engage in email communication with American clients to clarify any transaction-related matters.

- Acquire expertise in advanced accounting principles to support specialized industries within corporate America.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduates majoring in Accounting - Finance, Economics from domestic and international universities.

- Candidates with experience in financial accounting in domestic and international companies would take precedence.

- Candidates with experience in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage would take precedence.

- English proficiency is recommended as communicating with our American clients is required.

- Females only.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Great communication and interpersonal skills.

- Effective time management and organizational skills.

- Monday - Friday: 8:00AM- 5:15PM (Except for statutory holidays.)
