Account Manager (Agency Design)

External Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
• Develop and drive project strategies, ensuring successful outcomes and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction throughout each campaign.
• Oversee client accounts, including proposal planning, budget management, and advertising expenditure control.
• Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to support the successful execution of client projects.

Internal Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative tasks such as paperwork, invoice control, payment tracking, and coordinating with Finance and Production teams to address queries.
• Allocate tasks effectively, manage team workload, and conduct performance evaluations, offering timely and constructive feedback.
• Deliver training and coaching to team members to enhance their project management skills and knowledge.
• Ensure teams are well-informed and engaged, facilitating smooth project execution while fostering a collaborative and empowering environment.
• Work closely with the General Director to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up as necessary.
• Provide proactive assistance to the General Director in advance of meetings, project planning, and execution to achieve company objectives.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management (agency experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, media databases, and social media platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
