Account Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling project requirements from brief to final execution.

• Client Management & Proposal: Acquire new leads, maintain relationships with existing clients, take briefs, brain-storm creative concepts, and write comprehensive proposals/plans to pitch to clients.

  Project Operations: Create detailed timelines and checklists; coordinate with internal teams (Design, Event, Marketing) and nationwide vendors to execute events flawlessly on-site.

  Financial Control & Admin: Develop budget quotations, control costs to optimize profitability, manage project cash flows, and handle contracts/liquidation processes with clients and partners

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an equivalent role (prior Event/Agency experience is highly preferred).
• Key Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills; strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Language: Good command of English (Intermediate level or above).
• Mindset & Perks: Creative, flexible, proactive, and ready to travel or work overtime when projects demand.
• Note: Personal laptop required.
