Account Executive

Attend meetings with clients to understand their requirements and objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Planning, etc.) to brainstorm ideas/concepts that align with the client’s requirements and budget.

Prepare proposals and quotations; join presentations, collect client feedback, and finalize proposals that meet expectations.

Handle administrative tasks, arrange meetings, and participate in all related discussions.   Participate in pitching activities to win new projects for the company.

Prepare to-do lists, master files, and allocate resources for campaign execution.

Monitor and follow up on project timelines to ensure smooth progress.

Responsibly perform assigned duties during on-site event execution.

 Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth and effective communication.

Manage work progress and control expenses incurred during events/campaigns.

Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Stay updated on competitors’ activities and industry trends

College or Bachelor’s degree 1 - 3 years of experience working in event/activation agencies. Aesthetic, adaptable, tenacious, systematic, innovative, and insightful 

Professional appearance and personality 

Good English skills, customer service skills Excellent organizational and time management skills; troubleshooting and solution-finding skills 

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external people
