Account Executive

• Manage and execute multiple small-scale social campaigns simultaneously;
• Work closely with the Account Manager to take Client briefs, support proposal development, and join client presentations when needed;
• Preparing quotations & optimizing KPI for client;
• Build and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery;
• Manage campaign outcomes across digital platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Zalo, etc.), including coordinating with third-party partners and overseeing relationships throughout the campaign lifecycle;
• Monitor campaign performance and proactively suggest improvements;
• Report on project progress, risks, and KPI tracking to internal team and clients;
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, social, media) to ensure smooth execution;
• Support the AM in client servicing, cost control (PnL), and project closure;
• Support the department as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields;
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Account Executive in a digital/social agency;
• Solid knowledge of digital platforms and tools;
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
