Job Description:
Shop Drawings:
Develop comprehensive shop drawings, elevations, sections, and fixing details for joinery, furniture, and fit-out works (partitions, ceilings).
Site Coordination:
Coordinate drawings with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) layouts to ensure integration.
Joinery Detailing:
Produce precise, detailed drawings for custom cabinetry, counters, and decorative woodwork.
Field Verification:
Perform site measurements and reflect exact site conditions (as-built drawings) into CAD files.
Material Specification:
Integrate materials and specifications into drawings based on the bill of quantities (BOQ).
Revisions:
Revise drawings based on consultant feedback, site conditions, or changes from project managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Software Proficiency:
Expert knowledge of AutoCAD
Experience:
Usually 2–5+ years in interior fit-out, joinery, or construction industries.
Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of construction details, joinery techniques, and site constraints.
Communication:
Ability to collaborate with design, estimation, and production teams.
Typical Qualifications
Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
Strong portfolio of previous fit-out projects
Requirements:
Age under 35, both sex
Critical thinking (know how to deal with an issue logically/ on time)
Collaborative (know how to work with other department flexibly to solve problems)
Proactive (willing to take part and support in sales work when needed)
English spoken and written will be preferred
