3D Staff

1. Job Purpose
To develop accurate 3D garment simulations with a strong focus on 3D fitting, pattern adjustment, and garment optimization, supporting efficient product development and design refinement.
2. Key Responsibilities
3D Garment Development
Create and simulate 3D garment models based on tech packs and design inputs
Ensure accurate garment fit, drape, and construction in 3D environment
Optimize 3D garments for realistic visualization and development use
Pattern & Fit Adjustment
Collaborate with pattern makers to adjust patterns based on 3D fitting results
Analyze fit issues and propose technical improvements
Support virtual fitting sessions and provide feedback
Product Development Support
Work closely with Design, Merchandising, and R&D teams to support product development
Reduce physical sampling through effective 3D development
Maintain consistency between 3D samples and actual production outcomes
System & Data Management
Manage 3D files, assets, and libraries
Ensure proper documentation and version control
Other Duties
Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager
3. Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Degree or training in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or related fields
Experience in 3D garment simulation is preferred
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in Browzwear (required)
Understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fitting
Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Language
Good English is a plus
