1. Headcount Analysis & Workforce Planning

- Review staffing requests from Operations before approving new hires or internal transfers.

- Assess headcount feasibility based on revenue, labor productivity, and turnover rate to optimize workforce levels and avoid overstaffing or understaffing.

2. Mass Hiring Recruitment

- Manage the recruitment team to execute hiring plans efficiently and align with business needs.

- Develop strategic mass hiring plans to support business expansion.

- Develop and diversify recruitment sources and talent pools to strengthen the candidate pipeline and support mass hiring needs.

- Optimize recruitment performance, reduce time-to-fill, and control hiring costs.

3. Employer Branding Support

- Coordinate with the EB team to develop and optimize content for the recruitment Fanpage, contributing to the execution of the EB plan with ~8–12 posts per month.

- Support the implementation of recruitment campaigns across Facebook, Zalo, and Job Boards to enhance employer brand visibility.

4. Exit Interview & Workforce Analytics

- Manage and conduct Exit Interviews, analyze resignation reasons, and propose retention strategies.

- Build dashboards to track turnover rate, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to optimize recruitment strategies.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from College/University with a major in Human Resource Management, Economics,

Business Administration, Law, or related fields.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Mass Hiring recruitment or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

- Preference for candidates with experience in F&B, Retail, or chain store recruitment.

- Leadership & team management skills.

- Recruitment data analysis & performance optimization skills.

- Employer branding & internal communication management skills.

- Communication, analytical, problem-solving, and internal relationship management skills.

- Proficient in Excel, Google Data Studio, ATS, and HR Analytics tools
