1. BOQ

- Develop, manage, and control project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial feasibility.

- Monitor and report on project expenditures, identifying and mitigating financial risks.

- Prepare financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and cost analysis reports for projects.

- Assist in financial planning and strategy by providing detailed cost information, ensuring an understanding of each Capex.

2. Contract Management and Control

- Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Control contractual obligations to ensure the company is protected against legal and financial risks.

- Advise on contractual matters, including claims and dispute resolution.

3. Cost Control and Estimation

- Conduct cost estimates and prepare bills of quantities for new projects, with a strong focus on control.

- Monitor ongoing project costs against estimates and budgets, implementing corrective actions as needed.

- Review and approve cost reports and valuations to ensure accuracy and compliance with project objectives.

4. Reporting, Documentation, and Control

- Prepare regular financial and project reports, highlighting key financial metrics and project progress.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions related to projects, ensuring control over documentation.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.

5. Collaboration

- Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Liaise with the procurement team to optimize cost savings on materials and services, understanding each Capex involved.

- Collaborate with other departments to align project financials with the company’s strategic goals.

6. CAPEX analysis

- Lead regular CAPEX analysis and benchmarking across NSO projects, reviewing key cost components including construction, design, interior fit-out, MEP, signage, equipment, and other project-related costs, to ensure cost competitiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and build a robust CAPEX benchmark database for future NSO planning, budgeting, and investment decisions

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quantity surveying

- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control principles, and financial management

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, profefessional skepticism, detailed-oriented

- Leadership and coordination skills

- Good interpersonal skills, negotiation skill and people management skills to collaboration with various departments and stakeholders. Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

- Problem solving and analytical skills
