1. Commercial Strategy & P&L Maximization

- Revenue Forecasting: Own and submit rolling revenue forecasts, volume targets, and channel mix splits (Dine-in, Takeaway, Delivery) for the corporate Monthly Updated Forecast (MUF).

- Pricing Architecture: Design and refine pricing structures, evaluate trading term adjustments, and calculate the Gross Profit (GP) impact of new SKU rollouts and menu mix shifts.

- Store Performance: Lead tactical intervention plans with Operations Managers to optimize store contribution margins, labor ratios, and operational OPEX for underperforming locations.

2. B2B Sales & Business Partner Development (BPD)

- Contract Underwriting: Vet commercial profitability models for large-scale B2B client contracts, balancing volume commitments against pricing discounts.

- Trade Spending: Design and approve B2B client incentive structures, rebate agreements, and commercial trade promotions to ensure strict adherence to corporate margin floors.

- Marketing (A&P) Governance & AI Automation

- Campaign ROI: Act as the financial gatekeeper for all marketing schemes, localized consumer activations, and Limited Time Offers (LTOs), conducting rigorous pre- and post-launch ROI evaluations.

- AI Integration: Lead the departmental AI Automation Project to run predictive cost variance checks, track marketing spend effectiveness, and automate routine performance variance alerts.

- Expenditure Control: Review and approve daily operational PR/POs related to marketing campaigns and store-level trade activities within the approved Delegation of Authority (DOA).

3. Reporting & Team Leadership

- Commercial Reporting: Own and publish the PLH Weekly Commercial Report, delivering immediate executive commentary on sales velocity, channel margins, and delivery partner analytics, call to actions.

- Cross-Functional Coaching: Actively mentor finance team members and elevate the financial literacy of cross-functional department heads (Marketing, Ops, HR) to ensure budget accountability.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; ACCA/CPA/CFA is a plus.

- 7+ years of experience in Finance/FP&A/Commercial Finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior role, preferably in F&B, Retail, or FMCG.

- Strong experience in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, profitability, and ROI analysis.

- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other functions to drive business performance.

- Excellent financial modelling, data analysis, and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel and experience with SAP/Power BI are preferred.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

- Good command of English and high level of ownership and accountability.
