Panasonic Appliances Vietnam is looking for a qualified candidate to join the Customer Service under the Quality Assurance Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer claims and market quality issues.

• Analyze market quality data to evaluate market quality status.

• Collaborate with other departments to analyze market claims and conduct on-site inspections at customers’ homes when necessary.

• Develop technical instructions.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Candidates who have graduated from a technical/engineering university and have working experience in Quality Assurance (QA) are preferred.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint,…

• Willingness to travel domestically and overseas when required.

• English proficiency is mandatory.
