PURPOSE OF THE ROLE 

• To install, set up and configure the software, write up the guidelines and deliver training to the software users. 
• Will keep track of users’ feedback, analyze business processes, coordinate with software developers to troubleshoot technical errors. 
• The candidate should have a general background in Information Technology or Computing-related science, analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with external customers and maintain an active communication line with internal staff for a smooth and efficient workflow
• The position would be based in Ho Chi Minh City. You are required to travel around the country.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Business Analyst responsibilities

• Gather and document customer requirements
• Analyze business processes
• Create functional specifications
• Coordinate between users and developers
• Conduct product demonstrations for customers
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Deployment Specialist responsibilities

• Prepare implementation plans
• Install, test and maintain software packages for distribution to customers
• Prepare, validate, and migrate customer data.
• Train end users on system features and best practices.
• Coordinate go-live activities
• Provide post-deployment support
• Write up and revise the guidelines to keep them in line with the update.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• University degrees in Information Technology or Computing-related science. 
•  Proficiency in English, spoken and written
• 2-5 years experience in implementation consultant or software deployment or similar jobs. 
• Experience/good knowledge in Web technologies.
• Understanding software security and software performance is a plus.
• Experience in developing SharePoint/ Office 365 is an advantage.
• Knowledge or understanding or experience about MS Azure/Office 365/SharePoint is a plus.
