• A. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (70%)
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media and recruitment agencies.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews and offer processes.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and high-volume hiring needs.
• Track recruitment progress, hiring results and basic recruitment costs.
• Support recruitment campaigns and explore new sourcing channels to attract candidates.
• Create engaging recruitment content based on TikTok trends and social media.
• Design simple recruitment visuals and videos using Canva and basic editing tools.
• Support career fairs, recruitment events and Employer Branding activities.
• Follow up with candidates and support a positive candidate experience.
• B. Training Coordination (20%)

- Coordinate factory training programs

• New hire onboarding
• Mandatory training (safety, compliance, SOPs)
• Arrange training logistics (schedule, materials, attendance tracking)
• Maintain training records and ensure completion tracking
• Collect training feedback and support reporting
• C. Employee Engagement (10%)

- Support employee engagement initiatives

• Employee Opinion Survey (EOS)
• Internal engagement activities for factory employees
• Collect and consolidate employee feedback
• Support follow-up improvement actions

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• From 1-3 years of experience as HR.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; HRIS experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, compensation, and performance systems.
• Good at English communication and writing.
• Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Responsibility, detail-oriented and careful.
