Quality Management

• Coordinate with factories to establish and control the quality of raw materials.
• Support the purchasing department in addressing complaints and quality issues with raw materials.
• Monitor and support production processes and factories in controlling the quality of semi-finished and finished products.
• Organize and implement quality inspections according to regulations.
• Organize, implement, maintain, improve, and control necessary processes for the quality management system per ISO 9001 standards.
• Propose measures to handle non-conforming products and ensure the quality of products meets customer requirements.
• Receive, review, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints.
• Approve product quality before shipment to customers.
• Propose technological and quality improvements to enhance the company’s operational efficiency.

Human Resources Management

• Propose recruitment, training, coaching, and guidance for employee.
• Assign suitable tasks to each subordinate.
• Evaluate job performance regularly and propose handling of regulation violations.
• Manage equipment, vehicles, tools, and assets provided by the company, ensuring effective use and compliance with labor safety, equipment safety, industrial hygiene, and fire safety requirements.

Authorities

• Approve or reject batches of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products based on quality standards.
• Propose and approve quality improvement plans and production processes.
• Allocate resources and assign tasks to QA department staff.
• Propose disciplinary actions or rewards for QA staff based on performance evaluations.
• Represent the QA department in meetings with management and partners to discuss product quality.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to inspect and evaluate the quality of raw materials from suppliers.
• Work with production factories to ensure compliance with quality control processes at all stages.
• Partner with the Sales Department to receive and resolve customer complaints, ensuring their requirements are met.
• Coordinate with the Technical Department to propose technological and process improvements to enhance product quality.
• Work with the HR Department on recruitment, training, and evaluation of QA staff.

Other Assigned Tasks

• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Production Director

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance (QA) in the textile industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
• Good English communication.
• Independent worker with keen attention to details.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task well.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication, as well as interpersonal skills
