• Develop and manage master production schedules and operational plans.
• Utilize and maintain the MRP system to ensure material availability and optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor production progress to guarantee on-time delivery to customers.
• Oversee raw material and finished goods warehouse operations.
• Manage internal logistics, material handling, and outgoing shipments efficiently.
• Plan and execute customs clearance procedures, ensuring full compliance with tax and trade regulations.
• Prepare and inspect all necessary import/export documentation.
• Liaise and negotiate with shipping lines, forwarders, and Vietnam Customs authorities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the PC&L team, setting goals and driving KPI performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Purchasing, and Quality departments to streamline operations.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Experience in Electronics / Automotive Parts manufacturing is preferred
• 7–10 years of overall PC&L experience in manufacturing environments.
• At least 2 years in a Managerial or Supervisory role.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Import-Export procedures.
• Degree diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent is preferred; not mandatory.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
