Mô tả công việc Sales Manager [Textile]

  • Develop market, explore new customers, build relationship with clients and sustain long-term relationship with existing clients.
  • Set up sales target, ensure the sales division’s target is aligned with company sales vision and product range. Represent sales plan-project to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Interpret team KPI into individuals team member’s KPI.
  • Report to sales director on sales amount, client’s credit status and sales activities.
  • Review costing-price, contract; solve the unsolved matters which cannot be deal by Sales Executive with customer.
  • Collectable control, in correlation with accountants to ensure heathy cash flow.
  • Stock monitoring.
  • Other jobs.
  • Directly decide issues within the scope of Management’s assignment.
  • Managing, supervising and assigning the work to subordinates.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Directly decide issues within the scope of Management’s assignment.
  • Managing, supervising and assigning the work to subordinates.
  • Experience in apparel/textile sales.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of international markets (Japan/EU); an existing client base is a major advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, team management, and problem-solving skills.
