Job Description Summary

• To manage all activities including HSE, production planning, and setting strategies (short, medium and long- term strategies) to maintain/ensure the high standards of production performanace, high quality, and on-time delivery. This role ensures continuously improving processes to meet satisfaction and lead the factory to a world-class level.

KEY Responsibilities

• Establish implementation, review and improve standard work instructions of production operations in a timely manner

• Monitor manpower, material resources, equipment to meet production targets and schedule.

• Ensure smooth production flow for on-time market support.

• Adheres to the standard Quality parameters for the output.

• Improves the F2B yield% & Shift Utilization%

• Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity and process efficiency.

• Train and develop the production team to achieve performance targets.

Additional Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees in production dept comply strictly about all HSE processes, procedures, guidelines/ safety regulations.

• Liaises with Maintenance team and internal departments to maintain smooth production outputs

• Estimate production costs, manage production budgets and implement cost saving initiatives in production arena.

• MIS reporting to Management from time to time

Qualification

Qualifications

• University Degree or higher

• Degree major in Textile Technology, Engineering Discipline, or a related manufacturing field.

• 6~10 years of experience in Production Management

• Good understanding of HSE, safety regulations, 5S.

• Knowledge of ISO systems, certifications in internal auditing

• Six sigma green belt or black belt certification from reputed agency
