1. Occupational Health & Safety

• Monitor and supervise occupational health and safety activities at construction sites, including controlling and preparing reports on occupational accidents and incidents.
• Supervise and assign specific responsibilities and duties to Safety Officers.
• Monitor the procurement and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) at construction sites.
• Provide safety training, guidance, and instructions on relevant regulations to new employees working at construction sites.
• Regularly conduct and coordinate occupational safety training for construction teams and subcontractors.
• Develop procedures, regulations, internal rules, and guidelines related to occupational safety, health, and personal protective equipment.
• Monitor periodic inspections and maintain inspection records for equipment subject to strict safety inspection requirements in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential safety hazards in work activities and propose appropriate preventive measures.
• Review incidents and external safety cases to identify lessons learned and issue necessary warnings or preventive guidance to employees.
• Manage employee and worker records at construction sites.

2. Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting

• Manage fire prevention and firefighting equipment and activities at construction sites in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Organize periodic fire prevention and firefighting training and coordinate fire evacuation and emergency response drills.

3. Other Responsibilities

• Develop the annual HSE work plan and implement activities according to the approved plan.
• Prepare documents, procedures, internal rules, and regulations related to occupational safety.
• Inspect and follow up on the implementation of occupational safety, fire prevention and firefighting, and workplace/factory hygiene requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and relevant authorities to identify and implement appropriate solutions in the event of safety, health, or fire-related incidents.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Male, 30-40 years old
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, HSE, Occupational Safety, or other relevant fields.
• HSE Knowledge: Good knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, including experience in managing safety aspects related to lifting operations, scaffolding, confined spaces, hot work, electrical installation, and equipment installation.
• Management Skills: Strong supervisory and management skills, with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate subcontractors.
• Planning & Coordination: Good planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Language: Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Personal Attributes: Proactive, enthusiastic, cooperative, disciplined, and willing to continuously learn and improve.
• Mobility: Willing to travel for business when required.
