Job Description Summary

• Supervise and manage warehouse activities such as receiving and dispatching goods, raw materials, inventory checking, and controlling the quantity and quality of goods.

• Giám sát, quản lý các hoạt động của kho như giao nhận nguyên vật liệu, hàng thành phẩm, kiểm kho, kiểm soát số lượng và chất lượng hàng hóa.

KEY Responsibilities

• Ensure that the delivery and receipt of goods, raw material match the invoices, documents, and declarations. / Đảm bảo việc giao nhận hàng hóa, nguyên phụ liệu phải giống với hóa đơn, chứng từ, tờ khai.

• Monitor and improve workflow processes, ensuring safety, efficiency, and increased team productivity. / Giám sát và cải thiện quy trình công việc, đảm bảo an toàn, hiệu quả và tăng năng suất lao động.

• Arrange and store raw materials and finished goods in designated areas and ensure the warehouse area is clean, safe, and optimize the flow of movement. / Sắp xếp, lưu trữ nguyên phụ liệu, hàng thành phẩm đúng khu vực quy định và đảm bảo khu vực kho sạch sẽ, an toàn và tối ưu hóa các luồng di chuyển.

• Comply with regulations on occupational safety, fire prevention - firefighting, and warehouse regulations. / Tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn lao động, phòng cháy chữa cháy và nội quy kho.

• Update inventory data regularly, do inventory reports on time and implement tasks as required by Factory manager. / Cập nhật dữ liệu hàng tồn kho thường xuyên, làm báo cáo tồn kho đúng hạn và thực hiện theo yêu cầu của Giám đốc nhà máy.

Additional Responsibilities

• Convey information to the team in a timely and accurate manner. / Truyền đạt thông tin đến thành viên trong đội kho một cách kịp thời và chính xác.

• Quickly and timely report to the Management and Company Leadership when there are incidents or issues related to factory operations. / Phản ánh nhanh chóng và kịp thời đến ban Giám đốc khi có các sự việc, sự cố liên quan đến hoạt động nhà máy.

• Perform other tasks assigned by Management and the company's Leadership. / Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi Quản lý nhà máy.

Qualifications (Education & Work Experience – max. 5-8):

• Male, good health / Nam, có sức khỏe tốt.

• Graduate of intermediate-level education, college graduation / Tốt nghiệp trung cấp, cao đẳng

• Have experience in warehouse management and inventory managem

• Ability to communicate and present written texts clearly and coherently / Khả năng giao tiếp và trình bày văn bản một cách rõ ràng, mạch lạc và logic.
