Tuyển dụng Customer Service & Documentation Staff tại Hồ Chí Minh

Overall Responsibility

- Handle sea Import / Export both in customer service & documentation

- Follow task assignment by Cs & Docs manager

- Back-up & rotate job within team

- Working directly with oversea agents, shipping lines/Co-loaders, customers.

- Bring excellent customer service to customers / partners

Main Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Arrange sea booking with shipping lines/co-loaders

+ Submit SI/VGM/import E-manifest

+ Issue Bill of Lading, Arrival Notice, Delivery Order, debit note, credit note

+ Request payment for shipping lines/co-loaders/sub-contractors

+ Key in data on Freightek system & close files

+ Send pre-alert to over sea agents

+ Follow up shipments until cargo released

+ Solve daily problems

+ Support sales team to check sailing schedule

+ Back up within team, rotate job if required

+ Make weekly / monthly report to manager if required

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education & Profession: Graduated College / University of Foreign Trade or Economic is preferred

- Language English: Good at reading / listening/ writing/speaking

- Computer Skills: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Outlook Email, Internet.

Job Required Skills

- Good customer service skill

- Careful, well organized, adapt/learn new things quickly

- Others: Over 2-5 years experienced working as Cs & Docs staff at forwarders, used to handle sea export to USA is preferred
