1. Talent strategy & ecosystem

- Define and own the talent strategy across influencer/KOL and livestream host, aligned to brand-partner objectives and platform priorities.

- Build the talent value proposition and a tiering model; grow a diversified, always-on creator and host pool.

2. Creator sourcing, network & partnerships

- Leverage and expand a strong personal network of creators, KOLs/KOCs, MCNs and talent agencies to secure the right talent at speed and the right cost.

- Establish and manage partnerships with MCNs, agencies and platform creator programs (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).

- Negotiate commercial terms, rate cards and exclusivity arrangements where relevant.

3. Commercial & performance

- Drive talent-attributed GMV/revenue; own KPIs (GMV per host/session, influencer ROI/ROAS, conversion, cost efficiency).

- Partner with Affiliate, Livestream Performance, Media and Commercial to convert talent into sell-through.

- Manage the talent budget and cost-per-acquisition; ensure payout timeliness and cost/GMV discipline.

4. Livestream host management

- Own host recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling and retention; scale the host bench to meet livestream demand.

- Build host career paths, incentive schemes and performance frameworks tied to controllable metrics.

5. Systems, process & governance (MNC-grade)

- Build scalable processes, a talent CRM/database, SLAs and performance dashboards.

- Establish brand-safety, compliance and contract governance suitable for MNC brand partners.

6. Team leadership & stakeholder management

- Lead, coach and grow the combined Influencer + Host team; set OKRs and performance standards.

- Act as a senior partner to brand teams, platform stakeholders and internal SoCom leadership.

- 8+ years in talent / influencer / creator / host management, KOL marketing, MCN or social commerce; 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience building and scaling a function or team within a multinational (MNC) or top-tier structured environment - brings MNC-grade rigor in process, governance and reporting.

- A strong, active network with creators/KOLs/KOCs, MCNs and talent agencies in Vietnam - able to mobilize the right talent quickly.

- Deep knowledge of the TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada livestream & affiliate ecosystems and creator monetization models.

- Track record of driving talent-attributed GMV/revenue and leading commercial negotiations.

- Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making; comfortable owning P&L-linked KPIs.

- Proven people leadership - able to build and retain high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Excellent stakeholder management, including with senior and MNC brand clients.

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese; Bachelor's degree or above.

Nice to have:

- Experience at an e-commerce enabler, MCN, creator agency or platform.

- Existing relationships with platform creator/partnership programs (TikTok/Shopee/Lazada).

- Experience designing incentive and commission schemes for creators and hosts.
