As we continue to scale, we are seeking an Inventory Planning Analyst to own inventory and demand planning across our product lines. You will forecast demand, plan stock arrivals, and optimize inventory levels so products are available when customers want them, while keeping holding and fulfillment costs lean. This is a hands-on, data-driven role: you will build your own analyses, translate sales signals into stock decisions, and partner closely with sales, production, logistics, and customer support to keep the fulfillment engine running smoothly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Demand & Sales Forecasting

- Build and maintain demand forecasts by product/SKU, using sales performance, seasonality, and campaign signals.

- Partner with the sales team to understand demand per period and translate it into actionable stock plans.

- Continuously track sales performance and adjust inventory plans as demand shifts.

Inventory & Stock Planning

- Own inventory levels across product lines: calculate order quantities, replenishment timing, and safety stock to prevent both stockouts and overstock.

- Plan and monitor stock arrivals; manage inbound timelines so products land on time.

- Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple warehouses and systems.

Inventory Cost Optimization

- Analyze inventory turnover and reduce holding costs by optimizing stock levels.

- Allocate orders across suppliers based on inventory position and production timelines to maximize pricing and availability.

- Apply best practices to reduce storage, shipping, and inventory-related costs without compromising product availability.

Fulfillment & Order Coordination

- Coordinate with 3PLs, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and SLA compliance.

- Monitor and resolve fulfillment exceptions (delays, damages, routing) before they reach the customer.

- Advise the customer support team on inventory and fulfillment status so they can serve customers with accurate, timely information.

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Build your own dashboards and analyses to track inventory KPIs (stock levels, turnover, order fulfillment rate, DO age, etc.).

- Turn data into clear insights and recommendations for management on inventory trends, sales plans, and supply chain improvements.

- Use data-driven insights to sharpen purchasing and replenishment decisions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a related field. A quantitative background is a plus.

- 3–5 years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain analytics.

- Hands-on data skills: strong Excel, plus SQL and/or a BI tool (Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau). You should be comfortable building your own analyses rather than only reading existing reports.

- Solid grasp of demand forecasting models, supply planning techniques, and inventory optimization strategies.

- Proven experience partnering with cross-functional teams (sales, production, logistics, customer support) to align inventory with business goals.

- Familiarity with warehouse/order management systems (WMS/OMS) is a plus.

- Fluent English (Writing and speaking)

- Growth mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
