• Execute and oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, providing expert consultation on freight forwarding and supply chain solutions.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with carriers, vendors, and third-party service providers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Monitor and ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and local customs requirements.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
• Manage comprehensive shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading and commercial invoices.
• Facilitate seamless communication between the Vietnam office and regional headquarters in Japan.
• Proactively address and resolve any logistics-related issues or delays to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Support business development initiatives by providing technical logistics insights during client presentations.
• Other related tasks from Japanese manager.

• Bachelor's degree
• English: Intermediate Level
• At least 3 years of experience in outside sales in Logistic industry
• Have knowledge of freight forwarding
