- Lead and manage Indirect Procurement across Gimmick & POSM, Marketing, Administration Services, and other assigned categories.

- Develop and execute category strategies and sourcing plans aligned with business priorities and spending.

- Own the end-to-end sourcing process: requirement clarification, supplier sourcing, RFQ/RFP/tender, commercial evaluation, negotiation, supplier selection and contracting.

- Drive cost optimization, cost avoidance and commercial value creation while maintaining quality, service, and delivery standards.

- Build and manage a strong supplier portfolio, including supplier evaluation, performance management, and alternative sourcing.

- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales/Commercial, Administration, HR, IT, Finance, and other functions to translate business needs into effective sourcing solutions.

- Lead procurement for Gimmick/POSM, Marketing campaigns and service-related projects, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline commitments.

- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and procurement risks; proactively develop mitigation plans.

- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, data visibility, and sourcing effectiveness.

- Lead, coach, and develop the Indirect Procurement team.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 7+ years of Procurement/Sourcing experience, including 3+ years in a manager/team leader role.

- Strong track record in Indirect Procurement, ideally across multiple categories such as Gimmick/POSM, Marketing Services, Administration/General Services, Professional Services, IT or other indirect spend.

- Experience in FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods or other fast-paced organizations is highly preferred.

- Strong expertise in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, supplier negotiation and contract management.

- Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in cost optimization and supplier performance management.

- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving capabilities.

- Hands-on, agile and results-oriented leadership style.

- Good command of English.

- Experience with SAP/ERP and procurement/data analysis tools is an advantage.
