The Role

We are looking for a

Sales & Marketing Leader with a strong SALES focus. This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who can independently identify opportunities, generate leads, develop partnerships and turn marketing activities into measurable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales across corporate accounts, catering, group bookings, events, tour operators and partnerships.

Proactively prospect and maintain a structured sales pipeline, from lead generation to conversion and repeat business.

Develop initiatives to increase traffic, average ticket and customer retention.

Create and execute measurable in-house activations and events that generate incremental sales, drive traffic and strengthen customer engagement.

Build and execute monthly

Sales & Marketing action plans.

Manage online and offline marketing activities and coordinate external specialists/freelancers.

Analyze

Meta/Google Ads, ROAS, conversion and campaign performance.

Identify new customer segments, partnerships and revenue channels.

Track the revenue and ROI generated by sales, marketing and activation initiatives.

Provide concise weekly/monthly performance reporting to Management.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Minimum
• 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, including at least
• 1 year in a similar role, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry
• Fluent in
• Vietnamese & English.
• Proven experience in
• F&B sales, business development, partnerships, and revenue generation.
• Strong understanding of the
• Ho Chi Minh City F&B market, customer trends, and competitive landscape.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, digital advertising and performance analysis.
• Proficient in using online and offline marketing tools and channels.
• Commercially minded and comfortable working with
• KPIs and targets.
• Straightforward, proactive, outgoing, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly independent and accountable, able to take ownership and move projects forward without constant follow-up.
• Existing network within
• F&B, corporate, hospitality, tourism, travel agencies, or event industries is a strong advantage.
